Well known socialite and part time dress & bag maker Scarlett O’Hara has been ushered into service to help honor our Military Heroes by constructing ONLY her well known “Final Salute Bag”.
Most of you have noticed we love to have fun with the Scarlett O story. Just as in the Hollywood blockbuster “Gone with the Wind” where a war raged all around Tara there is REAL War raging around the world and 100′s of thousands of fine young men & women are in harms way in far of places like Iraq & Afghanistan.
As this blog’s insiders know, Scarlet O’Hara aka Lynn Klasno is actually the Mother of SGT Rhys W. Klasno, Killed in Action on 13 May 2007 in Haditha, Iraq. To honor her fellow Gold Star Mothers, Lynn constructs her awesome bag from the actual uniform that their hero wore. Aptly named the “Final Salute” these bags are each a One of a Kind.
